Good point Peter. Although I'm not sure the neighbours would agree with you on that one!!! Especially not with balls already flying over the fence at them too!

Interesting point raised by Kos Galtos at a recent coaching course. With the type of goal cover in the photo above a goal scored is silent. If you miss and hit the wood there is a resounding noise.
i.e negative reinforcement of success.
If you hang metal lids from the goal where the holes are - score a goal and you get a loud noise - positive re-inforcement

That was Clive using my login. I think it looks good. If everyone did somthing like this in their garden our teams fire power would increase ten fold. Dont imagine it cost alot either. Well done !!
