Okay, after weds i feel there are a few issues that need resolving in the B team.

1. Whenever we make a mistake, we spend more time appologising rather than watching what the other team are doing with the ball.

2. We lack goal scoring agression (apart from Steve). We fanny about passing the ball in front of the oposition goal instead of taking the initiative (and shooting!!).

3. If we lose the ball, most of the time we will just watch the oposing player skate off with the ball (and probably score). We all need to be more assertive.

What do other people think? These are what i think the B teams biggest faults are (i do include myself in these faults).

Hi,
There is going to be a change to the B team set up. Some people may like it others wont. The change is this;
For the next month I, Nathan, will take control of the B team management. I feel that it needs more disapline and better control. The problems are in part what you have already mentioned but with positioning a big factor in my book. Training sessions will be about the basics of hockey which ALL of the B Team have not yet mastered. It will be boring but desperatly needed. When these skills have improved ten fold, then the team can move onto developing there tactical skills.
I am looking forward to working with the B Team and I hope that you all feel the same.

Nath
