Finally after many months of practicing roller hockey. I have finally found out how to fall over without hurting myself.
Took many of the last few weeks watching and learning to do it more gracefully and without landing on one of the younger players.
Now thats done it's time to learn to stop on the spot without running anyone over (through).
Design stage of Skate plate now done. Waiting for main body to be machined for me then attach the wheels and stop job done. Oh got to buy a pair of boots for them.
